How can I change my Ipsos iSay account language?
To change your account language, you will need to terminate your membership and register again in the desired language.
Your points will be deleted when you terminate your membership. We recommend that you use your points before closing your account if possible. It will also be possible to transfer your points to the new account.

What happens to my account if I move to another country?
If you would like to move to another country and stay there permanently, you will have to terminate your membership and register in your new country of residence after you have moved there.
Your points account will be deleted when you terminate your membership. We recommend that you use your points before closing your account if possible. Note that in most cases, rewards can only be used in the country where they were issued.
It is also possible to transfer your points to your account in the new country, after you have successfully registered. Transferring your points account can take up to 10 business days.
